DAY 1 - Charter flight from Windhoek International Airport to Kalahari Private Game Reserve (± 50 min.)
Arrival at the airstrip and transfer to the lodge Afternoon Game Drive including sundowner

DAY 2 - Charter flight from Intu Afrika Kalahari Private Game Reserve to Sossusvlei (± 1 hour)
Arrival at the airstrip and transfer to the lodge Time for relaxation and to use the Spa facilities
Overnight at Le Mirage Desert Lodge & Spa (Dinner, Bed and Breakfast)

DAY 3 - Early morning excursion to Sossusvlei, a clay pan surrounded by some of the highest sand dunes in the world. Return to the lodge at midday. Time for relaxation and to use the Spa facilities.

DAY 4 - Charter flight from Le Mirage to Swakopmund (± 1 hour) Transfer to the hotel and rest of the day at leisure Time for optional afternoon activities.

DAY 5 - Early morning transfer to Walvis Bay
Marine Cruise through the harbour and surrounding waters
Return to Swakopmund at midday
Charter flight from Swakopmund to Epacha Private Game Reserve (± 1 hour 20 min)
Arrival at the airstrip and transfer to the lodge
Time for relaxation and to use the Spa facilities
Overnight at Epacha Game Lodge & Spa (Dinner, Bed and Breakfast)

DAY 6 - Full day game drive to Etosha National Park
Return to the lodge in the late afternoon. Time for relaxation and to use the Spa facilities

DAY 8 - Morning game drive to the close-by Mahango Game Reserve
Rest of day for relaxation, optional activities and to use the Spa facilities

DAY 9 - Return Flight to Windhoek (± 2 hours 30 min)
Transfer to the hotel and rest of day at leisure
Overnight at Villa Verdi Guesthouse (Bed and Breakfast)

DAY 10 - Time for shopping in Windhoek Transfer to the Hosea Kutako International Airport

Guests will be accompanied by an experienced, knowledgeable and qualified Safari Guide/Pilot that will guide and provide information throughout the trip, both in the air and on the ground during excursions and activities. Full intercom headsets are provided in the aircraft so that passengers can communicate with the guide as well as with each other. During flights from area to area the routing follows scenic landscape and other highlights to provide a complete experience, both from the skies and on the ground.

Luggage is restricted to 20 kg per person for 2 passengers and 10 kg per person for 4 passengers, including hand luggage and cameras. Luggage must be in soft bags.
Any costs arising due to amendment of routes requested by the client, or having to divert to an alternate airfield due to adverse weather, re-routing due to avgas shortage at re-fuelling stops, or any other reason which may affect the safety of the aircraft and its occupants are not included in the quoted rate and have to be paid by the client separately.
Escalation in fuel prices, foreign currency and/or any directly related costs will increase the quoted price.
